Overall OK, but when it comes to investigating disputes - not. great. Bought a product which was described life-size (skeleton for Halloween) - what arrived was a skeleton about 40 cm tall and when disputed with the seller / platform and supplied a picture of the skeleton next to a toothbrush to show scale, was told I did not provide suffcient evidence and had no claim. Joke. Other than that - most items are as described, but not sure I would trust them with bigger purchases
