	Abysmal tracking rates Many years ago, cashback tracking for purchases from AliExpress used to be reliable. For the past two or so years, tracking success has been abysmal. Way less than 50% of transactions were tracked, and for a majority of the transactions that DID track, the cashback was well under the advertised cashback rate. TopCashBack's customer service said that I should ensure that I clear cookies or use Incognito/InPrivate browsing, I ensure I don't have ad blockers, I ensure that items will not have already been in the cart before logging in from TopCashBack, and I ensure that I don't click on links from other sites. I always do all of this, and still the tracking rates are abysmal. Saying that there is cashback for purchases from AliExpress feels to me like a gimmick.

	Tracks mostly, sometimes doesn't track for some reason It sometimes doesn't track, but it's easy to fill in the claim form and the claims get checked by AliExpress in good time. Faster than most companies. Prices on the site are excellent to begin with, the cashback is an extra - good on TCB.

	very very slow to issue cash back some cashbacks remain pending as long as 3/4 months, others not detected but anyway nothing to lose when buying through topcashback

	Awful, took money with no product ever being received absolutely awful experience. just robbed me of my money with no product ever turning up. parcel was returned to sender and despite 5 attempts with customer service they refuse to refund it despite an email from evri stating its been returned. absolutely joke customer service team, just press standard replies and hope you give up. will never use again

	Missed cashback Doesn't seem to track the cashback lately even though clicks are recorded. Going back and forth to file a claim isn't convenient.
