Don’t use it!
Hundreds of pounds of cashback declined without any explanation. It repeats the same scenario - I book my stay, I stay at the hotel, the cashback is declined. I open the claim, it takes 2-3 months to get another negative answer. Shame for you. I will never use TCB UK again.

Used to great. Now unfairly declines.
ALL used to be the best hotel group on TCB, with great rates of cashback, reliable tracking, and reliable payouts. Things got worse when rates were reduced for members with status in Accor Live Limitless. However, things seem to be getting worse still as I’ve just had two high-value bookings changed to ‘declined’ in advance of the stay. These were booked at the ‘old’ rates of up to 10% cashback, so I was expecting £100’s. Claim submitted to TCB, but it’s a shame that what was one of the best merchants on the site seems to have become as bad as all the other non-paying hotel groups.

Don't waste your time
Stay from December just declined but stay from septemb3r still pending. Both stays completed. Also just made two bookings and no cashback tracked. I wouldn't bother just go elsewhere

I book hotel in makkah excellent hotel, easy to search all cashback get paid I book in October and cashback get in January 1st week I am so happy thank you so much definitely recommend.

Cashback dramatically reduced

I get punished from this very slow to pay out company for being a Accor plus member and having status, only get 3% now, instead of 10% Accor clearly thinks Loyalty doesn't count for much , Beware of snail paced payments !

Have to agree with the negative reviews here
Booked a load of rooms 12 months out, payed upfront not using vouchers. Declined cash back as their network only validates claims for 12 months. May be ok for short term bookings

Amazing
Accor has an excellent hotel network. Staying in 4-star and 5-star hotels is wonderful, especially when using cashback from Top *.*

Cash back declined
Never used to have an issue with Accor. Now it is so hit n miss, not too mention a paltry 3%. I think I can hear Hilton hotels calling, no cashback but hey!

Cashback declined without any reason
After over 12 months, they finally looked into the cashback and despite the fact that it tracked correctly here, it was a genuine booking without any discount or code whatsoever, they declined it without any reason. Feels like a scam at this point to be honest.

Not tracking
I've recently made 3 purchase between the days of 30th september and 01st october 2024 and none is displayed on "earnings". When I go to the customer care the purchase is clearly tracked by the topcashback but Accor is not delivering the finished booking to topcashback to track. I've talked to some familiars and friends which I've referred this website and they are facing the same issue.. hope this partnership between accor and TC is not sinking...

They made every attempt to NOT pay the money they had agreed
8% cashback was the deal offered, their first move was to refuse the payment entirely. I raised a claim and months passed before they offered a fraction of that amount hoping I'd settle for that. Finally TopCashBack agreed to make the claim up to the 8% knowing that it would take further months for compliance. Thank you TopCashBack for YOUR actions. Will I book a hotel with Accor again? Well only if they are significantly cheaper than the competition, I certainly won't choose them first and I won't hold my breath on them paying agreed cash back. Their actions are despicable and dishonourable. Not people I want to do business with.

Declined TCB for my 2 bookings without explanation
Made 2 bookings more than 6 months ago and despite me raising a claim with TBC they could not get my payments with Mecure declining my TBC without even the decency of providing any sort of explanation. Shame on you Mecure, looking at your previous reviews it seems this is build into your M.O.

Horrible cashback reduction.
Terrible cashback change with the ALL ACCOR program, it was awful. I recommend using TOPCASHBACK USA instead. Using TOPCASHBACK UK has become unfeasible.
