Have previously used this ithout any problem but despite having paid for a stay taken in October, Accor still haven't marked the sum owed as being Payable. Topcashback currently unable to help as they're waiting on Accor to respond. It's only £10 but I'm unimpressed and will probably use another hotel chain in future.

Made two bookings within five minutes of each other and never left the website in between. Accorhotels claim they cannot find the first booking to allow the cashback and can find only the second booking. From a web developer standpoint this is illogical and not possible, TopCashBack has been given the order numbers on several occasions to chase and also after eight months since the booking I have now stayed at the hotel using both booking numbers. The hotel had no problems finding the booking so I guess that just adds to the perception that Accorhotels are not telling the truth. Beware of Accorhotels randomly not giving cashback.

There seems to be a pattern emerging, Accor hotels have refused my cash back many months after my stay as apparently they couldn't trace the transaction!!! Having read the other recent reviews this excuse seems familiar. Won't be booking with them again.

Both my friend and I booked a room each through Topcashback and the Accor hotels website but never received our cashback. Apparently they have no record of our purchase through the site, even though we have full records ourselves to prove this. The service was also quite poor. Would not recommend.

Excellent and love it when they have the enhanced cash back rates, currently 15.75%. I've just booked a long weekend in Rome during August and will get that great cash back rate for a trip I was always going to book, bonus!!!

The hotel itself is nice, but they wouldn't pay me out my cashback, they claimed they couldn't trace the transaction, which considering that I paid by card & have emails to prove my stay, is just outrageous.

In spite of my transaction being tracked through Topcashback, my completing the stay and having an invoice to prove it, the merchant declined the transaction because they couldn't trace it. Perhaps not surprising when they take 4 months or so to resolve. A very convenient way for the merchant to avoid paying close to £15 in cashback. Poor service indeed.

Stayed at the Sofitel at Heathrow T5 at the end of Aug 13, taking advantage of park & stay offer. Very comfortable hotel with good facilities. £37.81 cashback in my account already! Recommended and will definitely use again when flying from Heathrow.

Disgusting they decline my cashback because they can't find my order, despite me providing them with my order number, which they provided me when I booked their very expensive and disappointing hotel. Why offer cashback if your going to try and wringle out of it? Con artists!!!

The website duplicated our booking and charged us. Accor refusing to accept liability of offer refund. Very difficult to contact anyone. No UK addresses or emails. Reservation centre just don't want to know. This is the problem with large multinationals. They just areny interested in the individual or customer relations.

They are refusing to pay my cashback, even though I have forwarded them all details of my stay, confirmation code etc. Claim they have no record of my stay, however I have credit card receipt, e-mail receipt from Accor and the Novotel can confirm my stay. Still waiting for a resolution.

Reneged on the Cashback offered, no explanation forthcoming. The standard of the Hotel accommodation booked was as expected and the staff were friendly and professional. The price became uncompetitive without the cashback that was advertised. Cashback initially tracked at full amount but reverted to zero upon completion. Don't book with Accorhotels if you are relying on cashback from this merchant.

I have booked around 7 Novotels this year, always through TCB but only 3 have tracked. 1 has now tracked but at zero payment and the other 3 are not tracking at all. When I previously booked via Laterooms, I had no issues so that's what I'll do from now on!

Have used Accor via tcb a couple of times with no problems. But tried to claim for an untracked booking for an Ibis in April and was unable to do so as the reservation number I had was one digit less than the example one on the claim form so they would not accept my cashback claim for a valid booking.
