Although we had a problem when we visited the hotel in Gloucester because of an issue with a contractor which meant our room wasn't ready until 11 pm not 1 pm,they dealt with us reasonably and gave us a full refund.We have gone back to the hotel and enjoyed the stay and the facilities.Happy to recommend as very good value and one we will defintely use this hotel again.

Hotel is upto normal standard for Accor hotels with helpful Reception staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Convenient location for sights and nearby bars/restaurants-5 minute walk. Our rate was higher than we normally expect but we, unfortunately, chose a week when there was a Travel Agents Conference!

Only problem with this is the payment won't go thro for months as its a Xmas booking so no doubt will loose my cashback

If you choose a non-prepaid rate, cashback does not track until after you stay, but they are usually very good about tracking it after that. Look out for the semi-regular cashback special rates on offer where you can get as much as 16% back!

Recently made several stays at Ibis Earls Court. Hotel was excellent for the money. Comfortable rooms with good choice of TV channels. Compared to Holiday Inn Express for similar money the Ibis is better value. I tend to chose HI Express though because their reward points system is much better.

Cashback amount and tracking OK although still not payable. Despite being a loyalty card holder and frequent user of Accorhotels, I have to say that customer service is not their best point. Either their hotels are perfect and friendly and everything goes well. Or it is a disaster, the staff don't care and their is absolutely nothing that one can do about it. Their @accor email addresses don't work externally for me despite using different email clients therefore every attempt to complain bounces back. In this case the counter staff member was lacking in interest and gave incorrect and minimal information. It ruined the stay and caused considerable stress. So mixed feelings - possibly recommend Accor if you are lucky or absolutely don't recommend if something goes wrong.
