	Transaction has failed to track so not holding out much hope. However they were about the same price as travel republic anyway so any cashback will be a bonus.

	Just lately, I have made two reservations which have both failed to track. Very disappointed as, in the past, they have always tracked and paid. From experience though, I've noticed that if a transaction doesn't track in the first place, it's highly unlikely you'll ever get the cashback.

	Despite having vowed never to use this merchant again as I am still owed cashback of £32.76 for a purchase on 17.05.10, I recently made 2 further purchases. However, only cashback of £1.95 for a purchase on 05.10.10 has tracked and I am still awaiting cashback of £4.28 for a purchase on 04.10.10. I have therefore received cashback on only 2 out of 3 occasions and this has been for the smallest amount due. Accordingly, I am not impressed!

	I booked a hotel with Alpha rooms on the 1st July and although it is a good/simple and resonably priced website, I still have not received any cashback. If you don't mind the wait then go ahead and use the link.

	Mixed success. I have previously had no problems with cashback. My first 2 bookings tracked and were paid with no problems. My last 2 over the past month have failed to appear on tracking and I have had to put in manual claims. No progress on this as yet but I appreciate it can take a long time. I will have to wait and see. I have noticed that the stat for' failed to track' has increased from 3% to 5% recently. In short, do not rely or expect any cashback. If you get it consider it a bonus!!!

	i have use alpharooms twice in the last year. in both instances the cashback tracked promptly. the first took over 4 months to be paid but pay they did after i submitted a manual claim. the second became payable taday after 3 months without any coaxing. abit slow to pay up but would definitely use again especially as their prices are cheaper than other merchants even without the cashback. the cashback was also higher than the 5% advertised. it was about 7.5% on both occasions.

	I have used Alpha rooms on 4 occasions and none have resulted in cashback being paid. it has tracked, but this has not changed. My first booking was November 2009. On the plus side, Alpha Rooms are one of the cheapest hotel suppliers, so you will save money, but dont rely on getting cashback from them. We have never had any problems with our bookings of hotels and flights through them, and have been using them for over 2 years.

	Spent nearly £2K with Alpharooms in April to book hotel in Gran Caneria. 1. Purchase did not track and still hasn't 2. 2 days before due to go to Gran Caneria, Alpharooms say there ia 'an over booking situation' and offer either money back or 'similar' accomodation in less than desirable hotel. No compensation, assistance in finding alternative hotel or anything - take it or leave it! This is despite the fact they were still offering the same hotel on their web site for my dates (albeit at a higher price) as were other internet companies. 3. Took money back, booked alternative hotel with Sun4UDirect, no problems. Moral of story - I shall avoid Alpharooms & suggest you do - although they have returned payment, they did have the benefit of my cash for months, let me down at the last minute and offered nothing in return by way of compensation.

	Booked a holiday through Alpharooms - needed to change the booking to add another person - to cut a long story short ended up getting an E-mail 2 months later saying that the hotel does not accept bookings for less than 5 days so my hotel and transport had been cancelled!!!!! Was this not the case when I first booked it? Then took an age to get a refund. Their prices may be good but beware of the hassle if you need to change anything!

	think you have to wait until the month after the booking before you receive the payment but transaction went through smoothly, would def recommend as this website offered the cheapest price for the hotel i was booking as well!

	£29 charge to pay by AMEX! You gotta be kidding! Found the same room elsewhere for the same price without the AMEX charge making it cheaper than with the 5% cashback.
