Cash back did not track on Black Friday! (5* given for usual TCB reason)Shame as prices and offers are great and good after sale so far (although they wil try to sell very expensive insurance even though this product had 5 yrs aftercare with it!) There apeared a problem on the page at click through, hopefully it was a Black friday issue and Ao will recognise the claim. We shall see!

Really disappointed! The expected cashback on a Bosch oven of £60+ has just been reverted to around £6. It wasn't correct at the time so I raised a query. I've had several random emails several months later relating to the query but this is the result!

Tracked confrimed and reached payout quickly - BUT the amount payable mysteriously reduced after a few weeks in my account. Moral of the story - take the payout straight away, bfeore they take some of it back!

When we bought our washing machine the cash back amount was around 10% after everything was processed - around three months later the cash back had dropped to 1% as we had used a voucher code, although this offer was not there when we originally purchased our machine. This dramatically cut what we received. I am not happy and will not use this retailer again with this site.
