AO.COM are a good provider. But... they have a habit of rejecting cashback claims that don't track in the first instance. So just be sure you get it tracking. Otherwise.... you won't get a penny!

Cashback didn't track and claim rejected for no reason. As for the company - expect phone calls trying to sell you useless extra's under the pretence of 'caring'.

Service fine but cashback declined as couldn't be tracked to tcb. Didn't do anything different to 100s of other transactions so don't know what the problem was. Don't rely on cashback

Not very happy - twice within 2 weeks I purchased goods totally almost £ 700.00 with ao.com via Top Cashback website - then went cashbank wa snot tracked submitted a claim only to be told cashback has been rejected by ao.com as I never went through Top Cashbank site ???!!! even thought this can be seen via my click history ...................................... bit of a con to be honest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

6 months and still no cashback from this merchant. Purchases from August 2015 & Sept 15 were not tracked, then tracked twice before being edited and added just the once. Both claims progressed in Jan 2016 with an estimated payout of 13 weeks (from when?!) and now it says confirmed but not payable. Not sure whats going on here but its been a wholly disappointing experience!!
