Well, twice i used TCB to go to AO.com to get cashback and twice they have told me that it doesn't identify TCB as the origin of the transaction. I was buying these goods anyway so no great loss but these transactions were in different dates and neither worked.

I have placed three orders with ao.com and I have had to lodge a missing cash back claim twice. Nothing wrong with the goods or the delivery service, but it could get very tedious having to lodge claims for missing cash back and having to wait months to received what was promised.

disingenuous - after 8 months of disputing a claim I am told 'I used another voucher' which is not correct, no details given on which voucher that was - most likely because there wasn't one.

One of the worst for paying. Out of 4 transactions only 1 has been allowed to track, i mean how hard is it to figure out where the last click came from, you click through from topcashback (never a prob) select your goods, go to checkout and pay. But somehow AO always say we never cllicked throgh from topcasback
