took an age to process and the cashback appeared it was much less than agreed based on my purchase. like pulling teeth trying to get topcashback to investigate too. you cant do anything useful on the android app, ie. logging queries or requesting payouts. won't bother again.

Whatever you do if cashback doesn't track, submit a claim within 45 days or they won't pay. So easy to forget to keep checking. Seriously annoyed!

Cash back issue resolved directly with the merchant. Their website can add a new customer discount automatically that then invalidates the cashback. They have escalated it within their promotions and IT departments. Rest of service has been good. Took away the old cooker, set up the new one
