Purchased a few items online, that weren't upto scratch with the description. Happy with free collection of item, but not with p+p price of a wrongly described item. Orders were never tracked on TopCashBack, don't think i'll bother with cashback next time.

No problems with cashback. Only problem is I pre-ordered a game in June and didnt get it to August. Not Argos's fault as game was delayed in release various times, but they took money at order time and didnt really keep me up to date on when the new release date would be.

i waited 2 weeks for delivery of my washing machine, with laundry piled high and then on delivery day when I had to ring to find when delivery was coming. Apology cannot deliver for another 2 weeks. Well nearly ballistic. I asked for a supervisor who told me to look for something else and she'd call me back in an hour. SHE DID and between us I was delivered an upgraded machine 3 days later for no extra cost, and it's great. However the cashback took some time to come through. P'raps this company is shaving customer care costs a little too closely.
