Hang the cashback (which is very small anyway); what about the service. I ordered a tv which showed as available and for home delivery (free) only. I picked a slot and waited. The cash, of course, was soon charged to my card...but no delivery. They phoned the next day to say "Oops - out of stock for delivery - would you like to collect or have something else for same cost?" I declined as I had followed their directions. A week later - no tv and no contact. I called them to hear "Sorry; we're not ordering any more in. Would you like....?" Lets face it - ARGOS' customer service is PANTS. I found the same tv even cheaper at Laskys AND with double the cashback offered by Argos. I will keep you all posted.

Cashback was received OK but the product (a shoe cupboard) was very poor quality as was the customer service when I complained. I'd hoped to review the product to stop others wasting money but found out I needed to have an account before ordering to do so!

Ordered a cooker in March.No cashback showed.Submitted a claim and finally traced although Still waiting for the cashback.
4 months just to get some sort of acknolledgement of the cashback from Argos.
Very poor behaviour from Argos.
