Well I'm impressed Argos have finally tracked a sale successfully! I'm still waiting on cashback from other purchases in Nov/Dec last year so this is progress!

Order delivered, but Argos said there was no such order number to match a cashback.
Two other orders didn't track.
Since then I've been placing my Argos orders via a different cash back site without any issues.

This company is very poor at paying cash back I have used them twice since December and now have 2 queries for almost £5.00 outstanding - I would look for alternative before using them for cashback as they don't pay up.
