Absolutely disgusting customer service from what must be the most rotten pondlife imaginable.
Slow, diabolical responses to complaints about goods that are not fit for purchase. Some cannot even spell, that is, if you get a reply to what you complain about. Am taking them to court (hence not making reference to what was bought and details regarding their disgusting behaviour - apart from it being disgusting).
I would love Argos to go bust, they have caused me no end of grief.

Order delivered, but Argos said there was no such order number to match a cashback.
Two other orders didn't track.
Since then I've been placing my Argos orders via a different cash back site without any issues.

This company is very poor at paying cash back I have used them twice since December and now have 2 queries for almost £5.00 outstanding - I would look for alternative before using them for cashback as they don't pay up.
