Never ever had I been so annoyed with a company before buying car insurance from asda.Firstly no cashback was received....claim went in and no luck there........wrote letter and got no reply twice........sent emails and never answered any of them.........tried phone calls but lost the will to live....This is one company that will never get my hard earned cash as the customer service or lack off it is just so terrible......just to let u know it was another cashback site that I used but all the same I thought I should pass my experience....but good luck if you do decide to go with them.

never got the cashback ,never tracked, it been over a year , i was so p-off that this year i really looked for a good deal, i got it on something called beat that quote, that was surpriseing to me as even with the cashback available from hasting direct on top cashback it was 90 pounds cheaper to buy it this way i didnot get cashback but it was cheaper for the same deal, odd.i have been nudgeing topcashback all year but no luck so buy if its cheaper but have to say asda are the pits for customer service and watch out for the phone charges if you try to speak to then.

My insurance is due for renewal, and just like everybody else, I am still waiting for my cashback 12 month later. DO NOT expect any cashback from this company because you will NOT get it.

I read the reviews on this merchant after I had made the purchase so I didn't expect to get anything back. I made a mental note not to use them again. Anyway to my complete surprise I rec'd the £21+ last week. It was only about 6 months late (I state using an element of sarcasm), but better late than never!!!

Well, it's been nearly 12 months. My cashback is still sat at "confirmed", and it looks like it is never going to get paid. Will not be renewing with Asda; Tesco can do the same policy for £2.50 a month compared to their £8 renewal.

I bought Asda car insurance in March and was impressed by the sound of £35 worth of cashback however I have not received it yet and probably never will especially after seeing the other peoples comments about this retailer. I am very disappointed. I will not get insurance from them again as they do not honour their promises.

I bought the policy in June 2010 and I was reassured to see it track relatively quickly. I should have known it was too good to be true. It is now November 2010 and this has been sat at the Confirmed status ever since then.
I'm beginning to think that they are never going to stump up the cash, especially when you read the note that says that their last payout was in August for transactions made in June!.
Do not pick Asda if the cashback is the clincher - go with another insurer without cashback if they are cheaper because you will probably never see the cashback from Asda....

Dreadful service! I never received the cashback for my home insurance policy. At the end of the year they were optimistic enough to send a renewal policy. I don't think so! I went elsewhere.
