I am ready to renew my insurance again and Asda still haven't paid out cashback for last year - despite a claim which they ignored. I won't be using them this year.

Took out pet insurance July 09, still NO cashback. Have cancelled the insurance as I feel no loyalty to Asda after being let down!!!

Terrible.. expected £40+ through purchasing car insurance, submitted missing claim tracked for a while and 1 year later i still have received nothing and have a confirmed payment of £00.00 AVOID AT ALL COSTS
