Made a purchase on 18th July. It tracked and confirmed. 7 months later and still not payable. I don't know how they are getting away with this looking at the 1 star reviews.

I have made 2 orders in the past year, neither of them tracked, lodged missing cash back claim 6 months ago, still nothing. I'm not sure why they are still on here.

Suddenly doesn’t track or declines
Not sure why ASDA is even on TopCashback anymore as recently it won’t even track a purchase on chrome, and if it does, ASDA reject it with no explanation. Really disappointing as I used to buy a lot more from them when it worked to use TopCashback

dont know how to update my last review, but they did pay out!
First time my order from March last year was declined so I left a negative review, but a few days later it re-tracked again and Its now been payed out as of today, thank you!

Declines payments
Made £68 transaction in April tracked all ok then declined in August raised claim with TCB who got it sorted and allocated the cashback in October and said wait till it moves to payable then close claim. George today 16th Dec declined the claim again. Outrageous behaviour clearly they do not want to belong to the Topcashback programme. I will not be purchasing anything from a company that behaves like this to their customers.

Never tracks
Despite using a different device to order from the one I use to browse, after clicking through from Topcashback, George at Asda never tracks and I have to submit a claim every time. Now I have to wait for clams to even be submitted for review at George. From my experience and reading other reviews here, it seems George do not want to pay cashback and do everything they can to not honour and delay. Topcashback themselves are excellent though and so far have always sorted it, even if it takes months.

Suddenly not tracking
I’ve been using TCB for Asda purchases for years with no issues, the past couple of months since before the summer it doesn’t track, says it doesn’t work with Safari yet I’m using Chrome so that doesn’t make sense, or if it does miraculously track it declines after months of waiting with no explanation. Really frustrating, ASDA need to be contacted by TopCashback as they are rejecting claims and should be removed.

Makes you wait until claim period expires, then DECLINES
Exactly as the above review, cashback was declined outside of the time frame to make any claim. My purchase was made 17th May, ASDA deliberately waited until 17th September - so outside of both the 60 day and 100 days to raise an issue - then declined. ASDA should be removed from the TopCashback program. Will not use them again.
