I use Asda Groceries online via topcashbck once a week. I follow all the correct procedures but never does my order register for cashback. I have to submit it & this obviously is time consuming for myself and who ever deals with my issue.

Never get cash back from Asda even I ordered from the laptop, and the claim takes months to review. I can get cash back from other merchants, but not from Asda.Very disappointed.

It never tracks, not even once. I always have to raise a claim. Then it usually gets paid.

I didn't expect to get cashback from a major supermarket. I would have bought the products (electric blankets) from them anyway because they were the best price, so to get cashback AS WELL is a real bonus!

Actually getting the cashback has been very hit and miss for me. Sometimes very straightforward while other times needing to claim but still not necessarily getting the cashback. Asda don't like returns - even for unsuitable substititions despite not being able to allow these or give suggestions. I've also been declined for paying with a gift card which is not a valid reason although purchasing a gift card is.

When using correct browser Cashback goes in quickly. Otherwise when using outdated browser or iPad it may not track. However if you message Customer Services the details, they will kindly sort it out for you.

Took the payment then IMMEDIATELY declined the Cashback! - As for the order: they claimed it was all present & correct but there were 2 items COMPLETELY MISSING! - I phoned them and they said I should complete the online form, but that won't work. So, I phone a second time & get told they can't help me over the phone as their system is down (they say to phone back in an hour). So, 2 hours later I call back & their system issues are fixed bt they still can't do anything about the missing items.... they tell me to phone back in 30-60 minutes - not sure I can waste an more time for the sake of £3.25! - DON'T BOTHER - they decfline cashback without any valid reason, (waiting until the second after they've taken your payment before doing so, which stinks in my opinion); then the order is missing items they claim they've picked - then the online form for reporting shortages doesn't work, and their customer service department also can't help on the phone - TERRIBLE!
