I have yet to ever get any cashback from Asda. Either it tracks which is rare and gives me 0p cashback but 99% of the time it never tracks at all. Poor service Asda.

Just like all the reviewers mention. You have to make a claim all the time for missing cashback recently. However I've noticed that mobile claims are not tracking but desktop ones do. It's such a faff chasing claims all the time.

I shop with Asda regularly and, having just checked my cashback I have zero payouts. After checking the ts&cs I notice it says no payout if any part of the order is changed after the initial purchase. As I always place an order to lock in my delivery time and then have to add extra items nearer the delivery time depending on what I need I always make changes to my order so assume this is why I have no cashback at all. Very disappointed

I order weekly and have not had any purchases track at all. Topcashback managed to get me some of these but because asda are so slow responding they then say it is past the 60 day limit to claim
