I had to chase them up with TCP to get them to pay out, they did in the end which all that matters, was first time using Asda and there was lots of substittuted items.

cashbacks are wrongly declined. I can guess that the possible reason is that the actual order value is below £40, and I understand that the terms of receiving cashback is to order at least £40. The fact is, I actually ordered more than £40, but some items were missing from the store, thus the final order value was lower than £40. I don't think this is my fault, as I did not actively return any item

Seem to get paid quicker from asda via open tickets with TC as bizarre as that sounds, lately asda are starting to track my purchases but tickets opened after tracked purchases have already paid out. 4 star as always paid our for me, even ones that have declined got resolved and ended up paying out.

I do not know why they decline some payment or cashback if the problem of not finding an item starts from their side. Sometimes, I ordered some items, then if they are not found, they either substitute or they remove the items, but once you return an item then they will decline the cashback. This is not fair.
