Have now claimed for 3 missing cashbacks, so far they have not paid a penny in cashback, going back to September, 2021. Asda Say they cannot trace order but when I phoned their helpline, they have it on my records! They are mis-advertising their cashback. Today's order has just tracked, after 3 very STRONG complaints!.

Didn't track. It took over 7 months to get a resolution via customer services and they eventually paid out a slightly lower amount. They do pay but expect a long process

Disastrous. They don't pay. Had to put number of claims in and they have only paid one. Should be removed from site if they aren't giving cashback. That's false advertising.

I can only assume Asda don't like me, since all the other reviews are positive! I've done my weekly shop at Asda via Topcashback since September - none of them have tracked, so I've had to raise a claim every time. First one was declined, second one became payable in November, the rest are waiting for Asda to respond but at 4+ months later I'm not holding my breath! Topcashback customer service have been great as usual but Asda seem at best hit and miss, so if getting the cashback is the only thing swaying your decision of where to shop I'd give it a miss.

Feeling a need to show this among the 5-stars. First purchase tracked but silently got removed from the record after months with no payment. Second time ASDA waited until after the last minute I can log a missing claim to confirm they would pay me £0. Complained in October 2021 and now it's Feb 2022 ASDA is still not going to give it a ____ and not going to respond to the claim request.
