Am pretty impressed with ASDA groceries so far. Apart from the fact that my bill has reduced greatly I have found they are far better than rivals with regards useby dates and replacements. To get the initial cashback too is an absolute bonus

Not a good first transaction as i had to place an enquiry to receive cash back as Asda reported my purchase as £0.00. Also as i had my order delivered the 1st time ever and it was over half an hour late. Overall i am not at all impressed by this retailer!

Still no cashback after 1 year and 1 day. Have sent loads of nudges and some emails. Don't use on the basis of this cashback as not reliable.

Asda has never even tracked it has been six mths now TCB need to keep on top of the companies that are not filling ther contract.I am getting fed up of all the chasing i am doing not just for Asda but other companies like Morethan and ebay hopeless.

Don't bother with this - mine has now moved to payable at £0! What a waste of time and money - hopefully the manual claim will come through ok but I'd consider using the other supermarkets instead - delivery was shocking too as we ended up waiting an extra hour for the man to turn up (no calls) and then they delivered half of another customer's shopping to us as well as our own!

Surely it's against the law of the land for any retailer to advertise an offer, receive payment for it and then to renege on it?? What if we all sign a petition and submit it to both TCB and ASDA??
