Good for direct or entertainment but awful for groceries. Ordered as a new customer groceries in May, it never tracked, I put a claim in straight away and it still hasn't been tracked in Dec!

Asda is my second choice for home delivery of groceries, I usually get free delivery emails from them which is useful. The reason they are not my first choice (Tesco) is because some of the food is of poor quality. Brands may be cheaper but tesco value is alot cheaper and of good quality for my family and myself. Other stores offer rewards and 'green' rewards which I like to take advantage of.

Not impressed with the length of time it is taking to recoup cashback from Asda especially as it has been confirmed by them. On this evidence I will think twice about using them again through here.
