Seems to be very slow on confirmation of cashback. I ordered something in October and it arrived quickly but now it is December and the cashback still says pending on it.

honestly i would avoid this company if you can order same product from hmv, play or game as Asda's delivery is appalling, waited 3 days for goods to be dispatched (they were in stock) goods were sent out 30th Nov, still waiting for them to arrive 5 days after,(8 days for 1 item that was in stock?) this is extremely bad considering other retailers can get them sent out on 24 hr delivery. Definately will not be ordering goods from Asda again.

Delivery times
I am VERY disappointed with ASDA. I've waited over a week for them to deliver a DS game which was in stock when I ordered it. The result is it hasn't arrived in time for my daughter's Birthday and still isn't here 9 days later. In comparison with Play and Amazon this is rubbish. I e-mailed them about it. It said expect a response within a day-----nothing. My husband also ordered something and after 2 days was told it was now out of stock. I cannot recommend them.
