New grocery signup & purchase of 9/03/09 never tracked. The submitted claim hasn't been responded to by Asda, and it's now nearly 5 months.
Also shopping was not well packed as tomatoes were squashed under other groceries.

Finally tracked my £5 new grocery after TCB had chased for me. It took 2 months, now lets see how long it takes to become payable.
Take up this offer if you will but be prepared to scrap and scrape for your cashback. Talk about trying to get blood out of a stone. I will give credit however for the free delivery that went smoothly however.

These never track for me and 8 months on there is no sign of any response to TCB manual claim. It doesn't matter whether it's the grocery shop offer or the dvd purchases. I have never had it track!! Don't rely on receiving the cash!!

Tracked within hours as £0 instead of £5 advertised by Asda. Could this be a regular experience? ;after looking at the last few reviews for the Asda cashback which also indicate the same thing.As for the delivery price of £3.50 in my case was deducted after searching for a free delivery code online,however i tried at least six before I found one that worked...worth a try in y case but still very disappointing that i may still have to submit a claim for the missing cashback!
