I expected better service from a major retailer. I purchase over £50 worth of goods on 04.05.09. The transaction line appeared on my account quickly but with 0 value. I submitted a claim on 12.05.09 and am still waiting for a response from Asda. I am very disappointed.

1stly totally disappointed in the whole ASDA experience. Gave me cashback for the incorrect amount, they deducted more than £18 from the purchase price, which was the amount of VAT I had to pay, the order came late and in two different lots 2 days apart.
Three different orders in a month, and you only got one right? I'm sorry ASDA, I'm not using you again. You give me the wrong cashback, you charge me delivery fees, I can't choose a delivery slot and you have a poor track record with delivery. Sorry, I'm going back to TESCO.

I have been waiting since January for a £5 cashback for signing up to home groceries.
Despite several claims and nudges and even a personal e-mail to the company nothing has been forthcoming!Then today Topcashback informed me that my claim had been rejected by Asda,and no reason given!
My claim was 100% legitimate and they have reneged on the deal for a lousy £5!
I hope anybody reading this who is a prospective customer will take note and avoid this two bit company like the plague!
