Made a purchase of car insurance way back in November. Despite it being recorded by Topcashback, and having to spend my time following up my transaction with a "Missing Cashback" enquiry, I have still received no communication or money from Aviva regarding my cashback. I also had to chase them up actually to send a hard copy of my insurance documents, which I would otherwise not have received. Not very impressed.

After waiting three months - I've just checked my claim and see this ... "... I'm afraid that we have not yet been able to reach a conclusive outcome with regards to this claim, however we do feel it worth re-submitting once more to the agency in which we use to manage this merchants online programme ... " So that's it looks like I have lost £75 !!!!! Thanks TopCashback, Aviva and the unnamed agency for ripping me Off !!!!

Purchased insurance early December 2012 and topcashback confirmed it tracked ok but it's not showed up as pending. Had to send of a ticket to topcashback to send onto Aviva. Not looking good but will update if anything changes.

I've been waiting three months now for a Aviva £75 cashback, did not track, Topcashback waited a month before submitting my claim and now just tell me to wait. I HAVE ENDED UP PAYING WELL OVER THE ODDS FOR MY CAR INSURANCE. MY ADVICE IS TO STAY WELL CLEAR OF AVIVA !!!!!!

It took 11 months to receive my £60.60 cashback for home insurance after nudging tcb. Seemed to miss out 'pending' and 'confirmed' and went straight to 'payable'. Still a good deal as it was the cheapest quote for car insurance anyway, so the £60.60 was a bonus. Have just taken out home insurance with them so will see how long it takes for the £80.80 to become payable.

AVOID,AVOID,AVOID,AVOID,AVOID!!! with over £450 in cash backs and no missing payments or unresolved payments the one time I have get declined is the transaction with most proof of any transaction of any purchase i've made. A solid paper and email trail of the transaction including quote reference numbers, policy numbers,emails of said quotes and policy's. The policy is still in current and runs until Feb. But apparently there are no records that can be matched Errrrr how exactly can records not be matched when what i purchased is a traceable document of cover.

I can't comment on the cash back service by this retailer. However, I can tell you that my quote from this Aviva was considerably higher than quite a few other company's, even with the cash back! I am a middle aged driver with full no claims and no convictions, or points on my license!! And drive a sensible car!!! This may not be the case for everyone, but beware that just because an attractive cash back sum is available, it may not be the best deal.

Had to raise it through cashback team as payment had not appeared, payment now showing but as of today has not become payable, equally, the cashback originally offered was £65, but I've settled for £50, rather than delay the process even further

Well still waiting for cashback from April2012.Did not get confirmed until this week . Not very good unlike other merchants i have used before.Daughter had to wait for cashback with Aviva,but got it quicker than me.Maybe it will be payable soon? Aviva are a good comapny as they go just not quick at cashback .

Cashback didn't track. Claim took 4 months but all came through in the end so very pleased and as Aviva have honoured it, it wouldn't put me off next time.

Cash back is good but beware if you need to claim they charge an additional excess of £200 if you want to take car to a non approved repairer. Have had to claim for hail damage in recent storm, approved bodyshop want to spray car but dent guys said they can remove all hail damage with paintless method, quote is cheaper for insurance company but I have to pay extra £200 for the privilege and insurers wanted me to leave car 4 to 5 days with dent shop just for them to come and assess damage. They have already had photos from there approved bodyshop. I will be going elsewhere on renewal.

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with in respect of tracking problems. My advice - stay clear, they don't pay up. Even with solid evidence provided by TCB.
