Absolute joke! Think very carefully before deciding to purchase policies with AXA. Purchased policy in November 2016, shows as confirmed in my account, but nothing further happens and does not move to payable. Topcashback whilst apologetic, seem powerless to intervene and resolve. Seems common occurrence for companies to confirm cashback but then do nothing else, no doubt hoping you forget or don't check. Very disappointed in the whole experience!

Purchased home contents insurance on 21/10/17. Tracked and added to account 13 minutes after purchase transaction. Estimated payment date of cash back was 18 weeks from date of transaction being 25/02/18. Not sure when transaction was confirmed or became payable but when I checked my account on 19/12/17 it was payable. From transaction date to payout was approx 8 weeks which is 10 weeks sooner than the estimated payment date, which is impressive. I had a bad experience of AXA in November 2012 when they failed to pay cash back citing that my purchase was tracked as coming from a voucher code website, something I never use. After communication directly with AXA they agreed to pay the cash back in June 2013, but it was a struggle getting there. Having deliberated over whether to use AXA again I finally decided to give them another chance as the premium was competitive and on this occasion they came through. Well done AXA for accurate tracking and a fast payout, you have won this customer back!

NO STARS Very bad, appalling. When you select reviews it shows highest ratings first. You must select NEWEST first then you get the current reviews which show the extent of the problems with AXA.Please think twice it really is not worth the hassle.

NO STARS appalling had to wait 11 months of constantly chasing TCB for this payout from AXA Home Ins. Tracked ok but make sure you chase up with TCB before the deadline as AXA does not like to pay. I paid a one off annual premium up front but they made me work very hard for this cashback they do not like paying out it seems. Please think twice it really is not worth the hassle.

Previously given this a negative review but it's finally moved from confirmed to payable. This took from mid February to end of November, much longer than estimated. But at least I got paid in the end.

would give it no stars if i could. 8 months after using topcashback to make my decision on using axa i still have not had my cashback. i won't be renewing with them no matter what they promise next time. stay away

Not a bad price for the policy but, as Axa promised cashback and it hasn't arrived, I won't use them again. At work I am the decision-maker on which insurer to use and based on this experience I won't consider them for business insurance in future as I don't believe I can trust them.

Took out home insurance with AXA in March 2016. The transaction was tracked but the payment was declined with no explanation. I paid the policy in full. I quoted the policy number, but still the cashback was declined. Disgusted, annoyed. Not happy.
