my cashback hasn't moved to Payable from Confirmed for a good few months now. Transaction was made July 2014. Can't even raise a support ticket which is even frustrating.

Insurance taken out in Apr 2014, still awaiting it to become Payable in Jan 2015! Been in Confirmed status for months! Estimated 18 weeks, been 38 weeks so far and still no payment!!!

Complete con Didn't track, had to chase and after five months now rejected. Had all sorts of issues with them on my no claims bonus. I would give 0 if I could. Avoid.

Cashback didn't track and AXA stated that their records showed a third party was responsible for the commission but when asked for details of the third party they couldn't provide the details but still refused to honour the £5 cashback - very poor standard of customer service. Mick

Failed to track my Purchase £280 car insurance and lost out on £35 cash back. Even shows on my click history. Axa will not honour the transaction. Cannot recommend.

Just a note of caution - I clicked through TCB and got a quote for £371. I later went directly to Axa's site and got a quote for exactly the same policy. It was £349. So they were charging £22 extra for going through TCB. Although cashback of £35 was being offered, this effectively reduces it to £13 and, as we all know, cashback is never guaranteed. So you risk actually losing £22 to possibly gain £13. My advice (with all insurance companies / quotes) is to always get a quote direct from the insurer as well as through TCB.

DONT BOTHER! AXA REFUSED TO PAY THE CASHBACK, MAKES ME WONDER WHY I BOTHER USING THESE LINKS. ALSO HAD ISSUES WITH MY CAR SHOWING ON THE MID (MOTOR INSURANCE DATABASE, WHEN INSURANCE INCEPTED IT WAS SHOWING AS UNINSURED - GOT PULLED OVER BY POLICE WHO THREATENED TO TAKE CAR ON SUNDAY MORNING! AXA DID NOT ANSWER AND HAD BIG PROBLEMS.

They claimed that 'another marketing channel' was credited with the sale. This was not the case, and now I'm not getting the £35 owed. No fault on TopCashbacks part, hence them being the only entity I have rated and I appreciated there is only so much TC can do with regards to chasing for cashback. If you want my advice: Never bank on getting your cashback from Axa Insurance.

Almost a year later and still no news on cash back. Was careful to do everything as stated and only merchant I have had problems. Based on this experience I will not be factoring in cash back to any further insurance deals.

Using the same details on AXA website without clicking through topcashback gives a lower policy price - the difference is almost exactly the same as the cashback offered. Seems AXA increase the policy price when accessed via topcashback to offset the cashback they pay. Why bother waiting up to 6 months for payment (judging by other reviews) for the cashback when you can save the same amount immediately by NOT using topcashback?

Just like other reviews, after 7 months of chasing the cash back I have finally received a response to say my cash back has been declined as the credit has been given elsewhere! Like others I don't understand why! It seems strange to me that many of us (around mid 2013) have experienced the same????

Be warned ,this company tracks purchases quickly but fails to go to confirmed stage .It has now been 4 months since purchased ,leaving no time to be able to complain as it has to be done within 100 days and there is no option to complain at this stage so ,by the time you can it is too late!!If purchasing this product don't expect cashback as this company seems to be making a ton of excuses as to why it won't pay out.READ LATER REVIEWS.
