Despite my claim being submitted to the merchant 12 months ago - It is now FOURTEEN MONTHS from when I took out a policy and despite four nudges, still no cashback.
Don't rely on this company for cashback

Still awaiting cashback - doesn't appear to have tracked even though the TopCashBack site has tracked me going to the Axa site! Disappointed because the Axa insurance deal was only competitive when you included the cashback. I could have got a cheaper car insurance ... and will be at renewal time!

I purchased my car insurance 25th January and am still waiting for my cashback. It is £32.32 I could have purchased my insurance through aviva for an extra £20 but the cashback swung it for me. If only I had known I amy never get the cashback! I can't find a report button to TCB for them to chase it up. But read other reviews prior to purchasing from AXA!!!!

Sadly I will not be recommending this mechant as after 3 months of chasing and nudging I received a mail saying that the cashback could not be approved as it was not tracked properly (it was suggested that I should have cleared my temporary internet files and cookies before the transaction). I wonder how Axa have managed to process my payment transaction with no issues, but cannot track the cash back. How convenient on their part. What is more annoying is that their decision is final and cannot be challenged.
But anyway I guess they lost one client when the renewal comes round.
In terms of Top Cahsback's service not much communication on their part, but then again they were probaly waiting on the merchant to respond. However this was my first experience with them and it is not a good one.

took out policy through topcashback-chased with topcashback and cashback refused by axa on basis I went through a different marketing channel which was not the case-I clicked through from topcash back link to their web site.
just an excuse not to pay out-they wont be getting any future business-companies that renege on cashback are not
worthy of my custom and imply they cannot be trusted.
****don't buy fom Axa,they have built up a reputation of NOT paying out cashback =see previous low star rating reviews*****.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS,unless you are happy to be conned and for them to ignore what honest people tell them

Hi we used AXA for car insurance 5 Jan 2013 no problems with insurance and cashback tracked.
Went well over estimated pay time and bad reviews on pay out made me wonder if it ould ever pay out.
5 July 2013 paid out.
£35 is worth waaiting for - may have been better if payment estimate had been six months.

Purchased in January 2013 and has been confirmed for months and still no payment. Topcashback aren't exactly being any help either. If this isn't paid, I'll never use Axa again. Don't buy from Axa if you actually hope to receive the cashback.

TCB have received the following reason from AXA having chased a missing claim on my behalf.
"... it unfortunately appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been provided regarding this rejection is that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'."
Reading other members recent comments, this merchant appears to be using this excuse to avoid paying out legitimate cashback claims!

I brought insurance for two cars through Axa and Topcashback. in January The first purchase registered and the 2nd didn't. After I put through a cashback claim for the 2nd purchase the 1st disappeared from my account. Axa apparently are claiming they received a claim for the cashback from another source which cannot be true. Look at all recent reviews and they are all bad. VERY VERY unhappy.

Despite tracking when purchased last year still no cashback forthcoming from Axa. I have since changed insurance companies as their renewal quote was not competitive. Don't be swayed by cashback offers from this company as your deciding factor.

Took the Insurance with Axa on 14th Nov 2012. It is now 19th Mar 2013 and the claim is still pending. I would not recommend using Topcashback for Axa Insurance. I doubt if I will get paid.
