Took 9 months sitting at confirmed before it was payable - but it was eventually paid. Given the cashback was so big, it was worth the risk in the end. It does take a VERY long time to come through.

I have upgraded to 4 stars after contacting AXA regarding cashback that had not been paid well over a year after taking out the policy. They were very helpful and said that they had not been aware of any problems but would act immediately. The cashback then became payable within a few days. Also promised that all other Topcashback subscribers with outstanding claims would receive their money without further delay. I hope that everyone with long term claims have now received their cashback.

Took much longer than advertised and had to be chased up several times but they did eventually pay the cashback after nearly 9 months. Not particularly impressed by this merchant and will be looking elsewhere for my insurance in future

Rubbish Rubbish Rubbish. still waiting after 5 months for cashback. lodged complaint so see what happens..buyers beware and don't be duped by huge cashback rate. deeply disappointed with this merchant as feel like I've been conned. :-( think twice about buying from this merchant. wish I read the reviews first! lesson learnt!

Hey, I am sorry that your cashback is not yet paid. I can assure you the cashback network does work on getting payments to us as soon as they can. We would always tell members to see cashback as a bonus and should not be seen as a definite offer that will be paid for within a definite time period. This cashback was confirmed promptly and an estimated payable date provided and as I was paying monthly, I expected it might not be payable until after my last payment in May. I had to chase this cashback and was not confident it would ever materialise. When Axa renewed my insurance without my consent, I complained but was told I would incur a £30 charge if I cancelled. So I continued but lodged my complaint re not having received cashback on last year's insurance. Maybe this spurred them on to make the cashback finally payable in August (ie 3 months after my final payment and long after the expected payable date). I am for these reasons unhappy with my experience with Axa Landlord.

If you are swayed by the cashback offer of this retailer then it may be better to look else where. As it took 9+ months (of sitting at confirmed ) to recieve cashback, and that was only because I had opened a claim within the stated time just in case there was a problem. Lucky for me I did, because after countless nudges and enquires to topcashback, topcashback paid me out not the retailer! thanks to topcashback

This was a terrible experience. My visit to Axa and subsequent purchase was not properly detected (not my fault) so I received no cashback. Terrible

Pruchased policy in November 2014. Originally tracked for wrong amount but corrected by merchant shortly afterwards. I recieved cashback this month. It took approx. 7 months to get the cashback which is a long time. At least it arrived so be patient.

I have been waiting over 12 months now for cashback to become payable - if I'd have known it would take so long, I wouldn't have bothered with AXA as their quote (without cashback) wasn't all that competitive.

Originally tracked for wrong amount. Submitted a missing cashback claim and it all got sorted. Paid after about 3 months after transaction. Had to claim on my landlords insurance. They paid out without it being a hassle. Excellent service and reliable. Would use again.

Absolute scam, They offered £95 of cashback and then denied that I visited the site...when I have screen shot evidence of every stop of the transaction. Disgusting that the 'Cash-Back' offer influences your decision, I could have and should have just gone with a cheaper insurance provider through compare the market or similar.

Very disappointed to say that even though this purchase made on June 4 2014 has shown as confirmed since then, it has not progress any further to payment at all!! As over 100 days old, can not even qualify for support ticket! A very unhappy Cashback Plus member!!!
