	Took this out in Jun 14 (yes it is now Apr 15) and although it tracked it is still NOT payable. Sadly looks like earlier feedback was right.

	This is clearly a scam and the fact that Top Cash Back still allows this company to advertise and rip more people off is disgusting on there part. I advise people to contact the advertising standards agency and report this so more people don't get ripped off.

	Do not use this merchant! Awaiting cashback from May 2014, now April 2015. Top Cashback state they cannot do anything, so definitely out of pocket.

	Took out Landlord Insurance in May 2014 and cashback was confirmed but no sign of it becoming payable and it is now 46 weeks since the policy was purchased. Topcashback have said they can do nothing. I will not be renewing the policy and will write to AXA to complain.

	Is AXA a con with their cashback? been waiting 8+ mths now, £80 cashback has been confirmed but still waiting as others are for it to be paid.

	Same as others, still waiting after 7 months. It's disappointing as it's still happening by judging the comments and Top Cash Back aren't doing anything about it.

	Really fed up with this, 6 months and still waiting on the cash back, and because its more than 20 weeks can't put in a claim. Just sat in pending. I've been with AXA for years, but will not renew as this is a complete con.

	Thought I had a good deal with £78.75 cashback and very relieved when it showed as 'confirmed'. However, still waiting for it to become 'payable' after 8 months, so I would definitely think twice next time.

	Well I purchased 2 landlord insurance products one in July14 the other at the beginning of august14 and no sign of a payout on either.... bah humbug....., to top this because of their long payout period you will find you then fall foul of Topcashback's 100 day (14 week) rule to file a recovery claim/complaint...I've learnt from experience and £160 of failed to be delivered cash back promises after 20 weeks so buyers beware......

	I have had the same problem as others saying topcashback wasn't the last site before the quite so no cash back. is there nothing we can do?

	AVOID! Transaction was not traced, Topcashback claims “Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. This is technically impossible because before making the transaction I cleared cookies and histories, then logged in Topcashback and clicked through to AXA. I have not visited AXA via ANY search engine and haven't used a voucher!

	DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, SPEND TIME GETTING ONLINE QUOTE ONLY TO FIND AT THE END YOU NEED TO PHONE THEM, SO THEN NO CASH BACK! WHAT A SUPRISE! NO GREAT SAVINGS ON PRICE JUST A NORMAL PRICE.

	I PURCHASED BUSINESS INSURANCE FROM AXA VIA TOPCASHBACK 11 MONTHS AGO AND DESPITE REPEATED REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT BY TOPCASHBACK AND CONTACTING AXA MYSELF STILL NO CASHBACK, AXA TOLD LIES, SAYING THAT I CANCELLED THE POLICY, BUT I DID NOT CANCEL, DO NOT BUT FROM AXA EXPECTING CASHBACK

	I was able to complete my quotation on-line and have received my cashback after about 20 weeks. So a bit slow, but £50 off my insurance premium was well worth the wait.

	You cannot complete the quote online - so you then phone them up and surprise surprise you get no cashback - total waste of everyones time - avoid!

	Cashback still not confirmed after 9 weeks, very disappointed and not expecting to get the money. should have gone with direct line where the policy was £15 cheaper and not taken the gamble of the cashback coming through.

	Spent 40 min in trying to complete, by doing it few times, as was blaming my internet connection. Apparently, it's their website didn't allow me to complete the application form and referred to call them to complete the purchase. Complete waste of my time and very sad for the company do it to avoid paying cash back to the customer.

	Do not let you complete the quote online. Gives a number to call. Cash back only available if you complete the purchase online.
