Arrived at the store to collect my reserved goods be told that no one had bothered to find the items. It took them 20 minutes to find the 4 items I had reserved with one of the items now being out of stock resulting in me haveing to buy a larger size. Then (to ad insult to injury) they didn't put through the purchase as a reserve and collect purchase so i doubt I will be getting any cash back. E-mailed customer services but received no response... Avoid

Made my purchase of a greenhouse by using B&Q's online reservation facility and collected in store at the till. Cash back tracked and paid out on the precise day. Will do more business with B&Q via TCB.

Really good experience with 'reserve and collect'. Store was excellent when we couldn't get there by reservation deadline and held product for an additional day. Cashback has tracked and confirmed very quickly, just waiting for payout now!

Problems with Reserve & Collect - although the B&Q website said my items were in stock and sent me a collection reference, I received a call from the store later on to say they couldn't fulfil the order as the items were not in stock after all and they couldn't order any more. Now not sure what to do - the cashback has tracked but clearly as B&Q couldn't fulfil the order, no cashback should be payable. Obviously it was not my intention to "abuse" the system by placing an order that wouldn't be collected and paid for, but if B&Q's website is as unreliable as this at predicting stock levels, this is bound to happen to other customers.

Tracked quickly and paid quickly too. Very pleased with this transaction. At one stage I took a load of tiles back that I had reserved online, and swapped them for the same amount but all with the same batch number. The fact that the original lot were refunded made me worried the cash back wouldn't track or be payable, but it went through no problems.

Cannot fault B&Q on this one as the cashback tracked without a problem. Delivery was another issue though. Be warned that B&Q's home delivery use a third party courier, and as a result you are at the mercy of them, whoever they may be, as to how good that service is. I got messed around a few times by the courier, but B&Q themselves were faultless, and even sent me a store voucher as a good will gesture.

Fast to track and confirm, payment due within 8 weeks. Cashback however is calculated on the price net of vat.
