Quality of product generally very good, particularly the drawer units, and excellent value, enhanced further by the cash back and use of a voucher code. Issues are; 1 - delivery times are very wide, although the driver does phone ahead, 2 - quality control; 2 cabinets were damaged and 2 replacements were also damaged and 3 - customer service, swapped all damages without query which was excellent, but the replacement delivery slots were mixed up and incorrect, took about a week to receive replacement and the advisors seem to not haver a clear picture of what previous discussions have taken place.

Bit of a hit and miss here. I've used B&Q's Reserve and Collect service 3 times over the past few weeks. First time cashback was paid out extremely quickly; second time it stayed as 'pending' for a while then disappeared; third time B&Q didn't even bother to process the Reserve and Collect - they simply said "we've got plenty of stock; it's over there Guv", and left me to it. So I didn't get cashback on the third occasion either. The latter two times would have produced only a few pence in cashback and so weren't worth following through with Topcashback, so I can't comment on that part of the process.

B&Q, in spite of all the garantees they provide, are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a bathroom and installation from them for over £5000, and they managed to destroy large section of my house. Tracked very quickly and paid even quicker! Fantastic at tracking and paying but absolutely terrible at actually getting the products you reserve! I have used it several times and on all occassons the products are in stock however when you get to store most of them are out of stock! Only good bonus is I still got the cashback for all of the products. Small compensation for them not having the items.

tHIS COMPANY ARE VERY SLOW TO DLIVER LARGE ITEMS EVEN THO' THEY ARE IN STOCK. NEARLY 2 WEEKS. MOST COMPANIES ON THE NET ARE 2-3 DAYS DELIVERY.

Very easy transaction from start to finish. I just presented my confirmation e-mail to the Customer Service desk, a member of staff then took me to the holding area, gave me my items which were waiting for me and then took me through the checkout. Very helpful, very slick.

Very good - "reserve and collect" always seems to track quickly and pays within a couple of months. I even got an INCREASED payment when I changed my mind about a reserve and collect item and bought a more expensive alternative. One other thing - their in-store customer service is always of the highest standard.
