Tracks overnight....went to the shop for the Reserve and Collect. Shop assistant was pleasant. However, I have been waiting for them to confirm the transaction for a couple of weeks now....other than, no issues

I PLACED RESERVE AND COLLECT ORDER AND THE STORE WEBSITE STATED IN STOCK.THE STORE THEN RANG ME TO TELL ME THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE GOODS IN STOCK AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER STORE- WHICH I DID AND COLLECTED ITEMS FROM THERE.THEY THEN CANCELLED BY CASHBACK! NOT VERY NICE AND I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM B&Q AGAIN

In November 2009 I purchased a dishwasher from B&Q. It never seemed to work very well and I put it down to the make. I have had dishwashers for years. The performance from the dishwasher got decidedly worse so I contacted B&Q in September 2010 while it was still under garauntee.I had also taken extra insurance when I purchased it.Up till now I have had the same engineer out 7 times and all he did was put the machine through its cycle and each time told me there was nothing wrong with it. I complained and another engineer came out, fixed it up to his computer and found a fault. that was 6 weeks ago when he came and said a new part would be ordered.He booked to come a week ago and 8am of the day he was to come he sent me a text to say he wouldn't be coming as the part hadn't arrived. Surely it doesn't take 6 weeks!!! You just wouldn't believe how fed-up I am. I will not buy anything else from there.

Ordered a shed from B&Q still waiting after 5 weeks even though the site says delivered in 10 days. there are 3 companies involved B&Q, manufacturer and courier. Never received any phone calls from any of them done all the chasing myself and still waiting.

i chose the order and collect service and the product wasnt available when i arrived at the store despite it being in stock on the site and being given and order number and collection instructions really disappointed as i wasted time money etc attempting to pick up a preordered item which just wasnt there

Cash back tracked quickly on reserve and collect item only problem was item bought was £19.99 and cashback tracked on a purchase of £16.65 very confusing but not going to quibble over a few pence

i ordered my stuff on line as i had just had an opperation and couldnt walk, my boyfriend drove me there and when we got there, it had not even been looked at they then expected us to walk round the store to get the pruducts ourself would never use B&Q again online....

I have now done 3 reserve and collect cashback orders. All three have tracked perfectly but by payment time 2 have changed to £0.00 cashback. Unless you can produce the emails sent by B&Q with the order number on you've had the cashback. Not impressed.
