	ALWAYS take your booking reference with you....I've had a few problems with getting to the exit and no payment is registerred, then they ask you to pop your card into the machine, almost got caught out once - couldn't remember if I had actually prepaid, once I took my booking confirmation number to the CS Desk, they sorted it out very quickly!

	TCB have informed me that some other company has got in and taken the cash-back owed to me. Not very happy about this, although clearly not TCB fault. out of principle i shall not be booking with BCP or airparks again in the future!

	No box to enter online code, was told to ring them up and book over phone but that means i will miss out the exra 15% TCB,Bit of a con.Please TCB, sort this out.

	Reference my comment below about not being able to apply the discount code on the website... I emailed them with the code, and within two hours or so they replied, saying they would refund the discount to my account within 7-10 days. Good old fashioned customer service! Now I didn't really expect that!

	There may be discount codes, but unfortunately there is no-where to insert them in the BCP checkout! There is a price promise guarantee, so if I can be bothered I might try that.

	Fast tracking, no problems there. Very good saving on car parking by paying in advance. Just needed to speak to machine at exit barrier as the full cost of parking was displayed here and the ticket was not recognised as a prepaid ticket. However, soon sorted and no problem as there was no queue behind me!

	SUBMITTED GENUINE CLAIM FOR 10 DAYS PARKING AT GATWICK AND DID NOT TRACK SO WILL PUT A MANUAL CLAIM IN LATER BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED AS IT WAS THE 1ST TIME I USED IT.
