WHAT A RIP OFF! We arrived to park our car the day after we had booked in (due to severe travel difficulties on the M25), to be informed that the company had cancelled our booking! They wouldn't re-instate the booking at the discounted price we had paid in advance. As our flight was due to leave that morning we had no choice but to re-book there and then, but a the full price. It cost me fifty pounds more for a six day booking, plus the original price of the booking. We were not alone. The same thing happened to another couple. I will NEVER use this company again. I have checked the terms and conditions and it doesn't make it clear that this practice is "company policy".

This company has been nothing but trouble regarding one transaction, they overcharged me in the first place and then refused to accept that they had, then they said that they would issue a refund and I had to send 2 email reminders and a phone call (10p per minute) to push the part refund through.
I will be trying to avoid this retailor in future.
NB They have now also refused Cashback, saying that I went through a different retailer. They are liars.
