Good easy drop off of car at Airparks, and transfer to airport, but on return to BHX we had to wait over half an hour for a coach to the carpark! During that time we saw 3 NCP buses arrive and depart so will use them next time!

Very very slow. Did not show as tracked for 3 months until Topcashback intervention. Full marks to Topcashback for contacting 3 times which ended finally with payment.
