so easy to book tyres and time slot online using cashback site and also i got 1000 tesco club card vouchers, tyres were cheaper than elsewhere but my tryes arent cheap so thecashback and cc vouchers softened the blow a bit

Cashback didn't track, raised a claim with Topcashback to be told a few days later ' the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction' very disappointed after spending £400 with them, will go elsewhere in future.

Blackcircle failed to provide the cashback due, and although Topcashback did everything they could to pursue this, it was unsucessful, therefore overall a bad experience with Blackcircle and I will choose another supplier next time.

Poor, poor, poor. Refused my cashback within 7 days as apparently TC weren't the first referrer. Absolutely not true, followed all guidelines, cleared cookies, booked directly from the link. My advice would be to avoid and use the other companies offering the same service.

Would not recommend this company at all. They failed to deliver my tyres on 2 occasions, even though I had emails & phone calls stating the delivery was imminent, and their aftersales service was appalling. In additional to all of that, they didn't honour the cashback either, so very disappointed overall.

I bought from this company quite simply because they visited my home to change my punctured tyres rather than me trying to get my car to a garage. An appointment was made within a few days. I received emails confirming it together with a customer service information document. They seem to be quite genuine in their service. This is probably the quickest that any company has confirmed and paid cash back. I am really happy.

I have used Black Circle three times in three years through Topcashback. I use them because of the price of tyres, but the tracking is appalling. All three times the cashback has failed to track and was rejected once without explanation.
