Brilliant customer service. Black Circle were informed by my choosen garage they couldn't fit me in and Black Circle contacted with an alternative garage within the same distance for the same day. Ordered on the Wednesday night fitted on the Saturday morning.

Really happy with all areas of my Black Circles purchase. Cashback tracked quickly and confirmed within days. My order summary wasn't correct, but I phoned them and they rectified it immediately. Excellent range of products, good value and would highly recommend third party mobile tyre fitter used.

Straightforward online purchase made by accessing Black Circles website via TCB in Oct '10. Despite TCB best efforts, I was advised in Mar '11 that the claim could not be approved because 'another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. Disappointing to miss out on £10.72 cashback, especially when it's not apparent to which other marketing channel Black Circles have attributed the sale. Having read others' comments, it seems I'm not alone in experiencing this adverse outcome.

I highly recommend using Black Circles. They have a huge selection of tyres for all budgets, and the service is quck and efficient with great communication. The fitting partner I used was top notch with free coffee and Wi-Fi in the waiting room.

Cashback was refused after initially tracking but then changed to £0 a few weeks later. Put in a claim but to no avail. I suspect the reason was that I was a returning customer who had built up credits in my Blackcircles account which gave me a discount on my purchase. So it seems that if you use any credits to get a discount, cashback will probably not be paid. I suppose this is understandable, but it would have been nice to see this mentioned in the notes for this retailer.
