Was first class for Customer Service, kept up to date about Product Availability, fitting service of Tyres was good and prompt cash back clearance. Would recommend any car owner to check them out

Great service ... called and emailed me to let me know the delivery of the tyre was delayed (the delay wasn't surprising in the severe weather). Called and emailed me again once it was waiting at the garage. And 20% cheaper than etyres!

Cashback with Blackcircles tracked OK and showed as pending for several days then went to £0 Payable. Still waiting to hear if I will get a response as to why they didn't pay the cashback or get the 2.5% as I should have done. Blackcircles provide a good service and prices but also rely on the services of the tyre fitting establishment. In this case they fitted asymetric tyres on the wrong way round ! But this was not Blackcircles fault; it could have happened anyway if I had gone direct to the tyre outlet. Will select a different fitter next time.

Cashback never tracked yet again.
Why is it that any large purchase I make never tracks from any Merchant, and I have to chase it up every time?
If it was 2p cashback it would track virtually straight away!

This is the third time I've tried to get cashback from Black Circles, and each time I have had to battle to get my cashback. This time it tracked quickly but then went to £0. There's no reason for this as I'm aware. Poor. Once again.

I've been very impressed with Black Circles, they always have plenty of tyres to choose from to suit all budgets. All you do is order your tyres, choose where you want them fitted and then turn up at the garage, they fit them and off you go. Simple, no hassle, no trying to sell you more expensive tyres, I'll use them again and again.

Tracked quickly and gone through to payment quickly too. No problems. Would definitely use again - prices were comparable coming out a few pounds cheaper with my local tyre independent tyre dealer but with an added bonus of cash back and still being able to use my trusted dealer.

Cashback was fine, but to be honest customer service was not good overall. Garage were obnoxious, damaged parts of our car (not related to tyres), fitted external weights on BMW alloys and when complained to blackcircles, the garage was eventually removed from their network and we were refunded £25. BUT the damage is still there (cracked water bottle) with the external weights and it took weeks for a resolution, so not happy, would have rather paid £20-£30 more at a different garage if i'd known....
