Poor customer service
I have always booked through Booking.com however on this trip I had a couple of issues, in one case I booked three nights at Leela Palace New Delhi and booking was confirmed even on the day of arrival however when we arrived at the hotel we were informed that Booking.com have cancelled our booking so I checked the status of my booking on app and it was still live but hotel would not accept it and offered to accommodate us however at the time of checkout we were charged £722 more then original booking which we were forced to pay and upon return to UK we were advised by Booking.com that hotel claimed that we did not check in so we reported the whole incident to Booking.com and 4 months later still waiting and not much help from Booking.com.

Don't bother! (why do I even have to put 1 star - 0)
Well I was meant to get cashback but after a dozen emails asking why I didn't I can't be bothered anymore, no reason not to payout but was never received - is that because it was going to be more than the usual couple of quid, what a surprise!

Worked well for us.
Booked through booking.com. well in advance of break, confirmation was immediate, payment was taken a week before we travelled. Cashback was paid ontime as indicated when we got back. Worked very well for us

Price discrepancy
No issue with tracking and payout, in fact both were very quick. Just watch for inflated cash back prices. My wife found a hotel and when I went to book it seconds later it was £20 more via cash back than direct on the booking app.

Always pays when required and never had any issues, would recommend.
I've used booking.com for a few years now, and I always use Top cashback when booking my hotel rooms.
Never had any payments declined, pays when required.

Use other websites booking won't pay
Booked a night in german hotel, changed plans and didn't stay at the hotel as they couldn'trebook for another date. Hotel then cancelled my booking with 100% cancellation fee and I was left without cashback and bonus 20 pounds as booking.com accepted cancellation - no money no cashback, poor show booking.com!

Booking.com is slow making cashback payable
Arranged and paid car hire through booking. Come in May 2023. Four months later the cashback is still not payable. Come on booking.com you can do better.
