I'm new to cashback and was trying out to see if it works when I made my booking. Imagine my surprise when I logged into my account to see the cashback, almost unbelievable. I attempted withdrawal although it was slightly confusing at first what to click on and how to request the amount payable. Later figured it out. All in all it was a good experience and a relatively straightforward process.

Very poor in releasing payment. Waiting on release of payment from Booking.com orders. Cashback due is, 13.06.22 (£45.74) and 10.09.22 (£23.78).

Best cashback experience on this site. Site makes it obvious you're booking with TCB with logo present on site & in emails. Great service, fast payout, instant claims and good prices. Only problem is you can only do payout via bank transfer rather than PayPal or Reward Wallet etc.

Cashback declined as booking.com "could not track that TCB were the last referrer". Laughable as always clear cookies and book in a different browser. Was a booking for >£300 so very disappointed. 2 Agoda bookings tracked on same holiday so will be using them in future.

Always get the correct amount of payback though sometimes they don't register and have to chase them. If they don't register when booking it is a palavar to try to get them to recognise the click and then they won't payout. If there are clicks next to each other they then use the other one to say the purchase was not made with the correct link. When they do register, they payout the correct amount albeit after a long wait

I have made 5 TCB transactions with Booking.com stretching back to January 2022. As yet I haven't received a single payout and all are marked pending. I have asked TCB team to look into but they simply say give it more time. So that's 11 months so far without any confirmed. payout!
