I made 3 bookings through TCB totalling over £7000 which they conveniently said I hadn't done. Very very disappointed in both booking.com and TCB as you can clearly see from my history I always use TCB to book with them

My most used cashback experience here. Accurate tracking, when I cancelled a stay they've removed the cashback and when I stuck to them everything went smooth. I've never had to chase any payments from them.

I have been an ongoing customer of Booking.com for years, never having a problem with tracked cashback until now. TCB cancelled two tracked cashbacks saying Booking.com couldn't validate the purchase was made via them. As with all transactions made via TCB, all cookies and cache are cleared and a new window is opened to make the purchase. Screenshots are always made the entire way showing the TCB logo on the Booking.com page all the way to the confirmation of purchase. So who is lying then, TCB or Booking.com? Will not use Booking.com again simply for this reason even being a Tier Lv 3 customer.
