After logging a claim and waiting for three months, cashback has been refused as Topcashback was apparently "not identified as the last referrer to this transaction". I have no idea what this means, apart from Boots decided not to pay the cashback that was promised. So beware when purchasing from Boots on-line. Topcashback did their very best to chase it up for me though.

Don't waste your time here - cash back claims take months to process, after which they're declined. Something is either not set-up well between Top Cashback and Boots, or perhaps either of the sides is not keen on honoring their promises...

Sadly Boots have declined cashback despite all the criteria being met, no discount codes used and none of the items were returned.

First order went through and the cashback never registered, then the same happened on the 2nd order so put in a missing cashback form, didn't take long to sort out and the cashback was payable straight away. As for Boots, the order came within time limit given.

Did spent £270.00 and it trak fast but in the end they Declined cashback, I did look at reasons why it could be Declined but none of them could be reason for my order did not use any discount did not return anything back. Also on delivery box was damaged and 1 item was missing. I did order before from boots a 2 - 3 times and all went fine with cash back and deliveries. verry disappointed with service this time. I clam cashback again I hope they put it back.

Appear to have started to reject cashback, did not return any products. Perhaps it was because they had an extra points week - but I did not use any codes.

Had to submit missing cashback claim to told that Boots have rejected the claim as "topcashback were not identified as the last referrer to this transaction" and refused to pay. Do not use this site if you are relying on cashback, as it seems to be a hit amd miss payout. This has now happened three times - have never received cashback from Boots

Waste of time ordering from Boots through Top cashback. Transaction didn't track, processed claim then after 9 months Boots rejected the claim as "topcashback were not identified as the last referrer to this transaction" and refused to pay.

Waited over a year with prompts to TCB without any cashback paid. Finally a credit appeared but I believe this was for a later purchase. Very slow at "paying" - they hope you forget.

BEWARE!!! My order got cancelled repeatedly because it "failed some internal checks". CS couldn't tell me, what the problem was. I suspect the reason is, that I went through TCB. Never had any problems with my CC and I tried Paypal too. I will never find out as after the 3rd attempt to order from Boots, they closed my account altogether... Take your business elsewhere!

I placed a large order with Boots. Had problems with the courier. Contacted customer services, used the call back service and they never called back. Eventually the courier delivered. Half of the items were not delivered as they were out of stock (yet i was still allowed to place the order!)and had half of my money refunded due to non stock items. After waiting months and months and months, Boots then decided that my transaction was not eligible for cashback, not even on the part of the order that was delivered. Overall, disappointed in every aspect of the transaction.

Spent £519.90. Expected £13 cashback. Boots disputed the claim as "TopCashBack were not identified as the last referrer to this transaction" and refused to pay. Not impressed.

I have had 2 poor experiences where cashback has not been paid by Boots, on both occasions they have blamed this on the use of other sites/search engines as the reason for non payment of cashback, this has not been the case as I have not had problems with cashback from other suppliers.
