Took 3 weeks for Boots to sort out error on my account. Opted to collect from Horley , Surrey . i have never expericened such poor service from the MANAGER of all people. 2 weeks on on and waiting a call back from a regional manager. Very poor service.

Didn't track so had to submit a manual claim. TCB did their stuff and I got my money, but it did take a while. But worth waiting for.

Manage to order eventually on christmas eve sales stuff same as i did last year, goods all went through to reciept, tracked quickly, then day before order boots had cancelled have of the order due to stock availabilty, which ok as site had been extremely busy, i have now recieved and paid for the reduced order and the cashback has now come payable at zero!! excuse me but i have still bought and paid for goods, so beware people!!!

Two full months later and no cashback, I don't think I'll bother in future. Also annoyingly you have to go into the store to have Advantage points added to your card. Website failed to complete my order over ten times. Boots need to sort this out, had I not needed a specific item I would have gone elsewhere.

When ordering our items we were asked to select a desired delivery date which we did. However the items arrived several days before the expected delivery date, therefore we missed the delivery and had rearrange a second delivery date. The redelivery arrived on the date we requested. A company should not give an option for a delivery date if they cannot adhere to it. Apart form that everything else was fine and parcels arrived in perfect condition.
