BA is quite long to pay and if any changes are made into your booking you lose all the cashback!!! could do better!

Cashback was not received. Claim submit and refused as apparently wasn't the last to click to the website although has been shown 3 times in my cashback statement

Always try and book with British airways however am still waiting for cash back from last year. Trip booked Jan 17 and travelled aug 17. Also just booked a trip this year which yet again hasn’t tracked

I spend a lot of money with BA and some cash back is granted and some are not. It seems to be the ghigher value transactuons that are declined. No reason is ever given and it takes so long to chase a claim that often I forget about it. Suits the merchant more than it suits it suits me it seems.
