Tracked immediately then declined. Put in missing claim and advised that ba would look again after holiday. Refused cashback. Followed all the criteria but still refused.

Booked a flight and hotel package expecting cash back, and this was one reason I chose to book with BA. The transaction tracked, but after the holiday was completed BA declined to pay out, saying that it had been cancelled! Despite TCB querying this on my behalf, BA still refused to pay out.

Booked two return seats back in Jan 2017 for a flight to Nice in September. Went to declined state almost immediately, and although missing cashback claim submitted, I'm not holding my breath. This is not the BA of old, this airline now modelling itself on Ryan Air.

Didn't track initially, but paid after submitting a missing cashback claim. Booking holiday (4 night break to Prague in August) simple and actually cheaper than everywhere else - especially as it included checked in luggage.
