Transaction was completed after clearing cookies and not via price comparison websites. Cashback was declined anyway. I'd love to see the reason why, but I'd be amazed if it was a genuine reason. Be careful with these.

Transaction didn't track. First time I've used BA on Topcashback. No problem with any other merchants for several years. All details given for 'Missed Transaction' enquiry and nothing has happened for 3 months. Disappointing, especially as it was an expensive booking and I was banking on cashback.

Sounds good the cashback if it works. Try not to rely on it when you do your booking. Twice failed to pay up!!!

The Worst Company on TopCashback! They often try and find a way to refuse a transaction even when it tracks properly. Payouts are made but refusal rate is way higher than payouts. Very disappointing

Forget it. They refused to pay out my legitimate claim point blank. Their loss as I take around 20 flights a year, no longer with them!

British Airways took my money in advance via credit card for a hotel booking. The cashback showed as being due on my account. Several weeks later, British Airways denied my cashback claim. After 6 months, I got a message from TCB telling me that British Airways denied that I had made the booking through TCB. This is utter rubbish. Lesson learnt is not to book anything on BA through TCB.

Tried a few different ways and never tracks. Missing cashback claims only occasionally confirmed and paid years later. Very poor.

Spent well over a £1000 with this merchant. Almost a year later in spite of an ongoing query and the amount appearing as confirmed.......did not get my cashback.

Satisfactory experience. Took 13 months for the cash back to become payable. Didn't move from pending until four months after taking my non-refundable flight so it's quite a wait but got there in the end.

Its been 14 months since I paid almost £5000 on a holiday and cashback claim is still showing as waiting for merchant... awful cashback experience and a long time to wait for a meagre amount of cashback (under £30 for a £4000+ holiday)

Purchased our long haul flights in October but it did not track my status so I lodged a claim which I am still waiting to hear back from. I purchased a holiday last month and again it did not track my cashback. I have used this site on numerous occasions and am aware of how it works but this is the first time I've had an issue with a merchant twice. Not sure if anyone else has had the same problem.

Holiday booked and paid for in full over a year ago. Cashback tracked correctly at first then then suddenly cancelled. Topcashback advised me to wait until date of holiday had passed and then they would try to claim again. The holiday was 3 months ago, and still nothing!
