	You won't get the cashback if you want broadband with a phoneline! We got a long way through the online process to the point where the phone line was to be set up and at that point you have to ring them. Then the process starts again so you won't get the cashback as it's finalised over the phone. There was absolutely no way of completing the process via the Topcashback site. We had to forego over £110.

	Cashback was payable within days! The whole process from ordering, activation of service and payable cashback was effortless. Really impressed with whole customer experience.

	BT was easy to order from and they were excellent in communicating. cashback was so quick was showing as pending straight away and could cash outs a week later.

	Quick pay out We earnt £95 as a new customer. This was paid out within three weeks, quickest one we’ve had yet!

	10 months and still no further forward I placed the order and was connected last May, the cashback was wrongly declined and has now been sat as a manual claim for 10 months. I have tried discussing this matter with TopCashback but don't ever get anything other than being fobbed off. It's wrong that attractive amounts of cashback are allowed to influence your decision for an ISP and then things go wrong and you're without what was promised. This needs sorting out and fast.

	Not received payment This one is ridiculous. I completed this offer on 7th August 2023 and it's still pending. It says in the information tab that topcashback last received payment from BT in January 2024 for purchases in December 2023 so what the hell happened to mine from 6 months ago. I contacted support a few weeks ago and got the usual response saying timescales are only estimated and we will chase it up, as they always do. That response about timescales is completely irrelevant considering they received payment for December purchases last month, therefore most definitely would have received payment for the preceding months before that. Ridiculous.

	Cash back I referred my friend and she ordered BT. I'm really surprised that I got £90 cash back in total.

	No cashback due to BT changing installation date Was expecting £100 cashback as a new broadband customer. BT Openreach didn't show up for the installation resulting in them cancelling and re-creating the order (with a new reference number) with a new installation date. Cashback was then declined with the reason: “order cancelled, returned, or refunded”. TopCashback support unable to assist and suggested I closed the claim after 12 months. Disappointing that such large retailers are allowed "exclusive" deals on here that absolutely influence a customer's purchasing decision, but then allow cases like this to fall through the cracks without proper review.

	5 months down the line… Ordered new broadband from BT in May, cash back was declined with no good reason, a manual claim was submitted. It is now October and I am yet to get any further update. I have sent 3 nudges to Top CashBack and still have no resolution. Really has marred the experience of joining BT.

	Cash back wrongly denied Took a full fibre (900mb) package. Cashback tracked and broadband was installed without issue. Checked TopCashback and found my cashback has been denied with no explanation. Sent a dispute in straight after and still not had a reply after almost 1 month.

	Cashback declined for no reason I have just had my BT Broadband cashback declined even though I fulfilled all the terms as a new customer, thankfully the installation is not due for another 9 days so I will cancel. Be aware everyone.
